Reiki Level 1, often referred to as the "First Degree" It is the introductory stage of learning Reiki. This level focuses on self-healing, learning the basics of energy healing, and becoming attuned to the Reiki energy.

What You Learn in Reiki Level 1

History and Principles of Reiki: 

Understanding the origins of Reiki, its founder Mikao Usui, and the foundational principles guiding the practice.

Hand Positions:

Learning the specific hand placements for self-healing and for giving Reiki to others. These positions cover the major energy centres (chakras) and important areas of the body.

Attunement:

I as your Reiki Master or teacher will perform an attunement ceremony, which opens and aligns your energy channels to connect you with the universal life force energy.

Self-Healing Techniques: 

Practical methods to perform Reiki on yourself, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Ethics and Practice:

Understanding the ethical considerations and best practices for using Reiki, whether for yourself or for others.

Reiki Level 2, also known as the "Second Degree", takes your Reiki practice to the next level by introducing new techniques and symbols. This level enhances your ability to channel Reiki energy and allows you to perform distance healing.

What You Learn in Reiki Level 2

Sacred Symbols: You learn three powerful Reiki symbols that help you focus and direct the energy for specific purposes. These symbols are:

Power Symbol, Mental/Emotional Symbol, Distance Symbol

Distance Healing: Techniques to send Reiki energy to someone who is not physically present, allowing you to help loved ones no matter where they are.

Advanced Techniques: Methods to use Reiki for mental and emotional healing, clearing energy blockages, and enhancing personal growth.

Attunement:  Myself as your Reiki Master will perform another attunement ceremony to connect you with the new symbols and deeper levels of Reiki energy.
